A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

EXPropulsion is a game created in 45 hours for the GameMakers Toolkit GameJam (This is my first GameJam I participated in so... don't expect too much).

Move by clicking in the direction you wish to move, particles trail behind you and can damage enemies.

The theme of the GameJam was Duel-Purpose design, making simple mechanic have multiple and often additive consequences. This game's mechanic is motion, the only control needed is the mouse. Health is also duel-purpose, the  lower your health the fewer projectiles you emit, making it harder to defeat the enemies.

You can heal up at the base of the columns of light. The light columns have volumetric lighting which can be turned off in the start menu if your performance suffers too much.

I may work more on this project later, however with the deadline about 2 hours away I won't be updating this game until the results of the judging are done (to prevent possible tampering) As for the game's size, I'm not sure why they're as large as they are. I'm not familiar enough with Unity to debug that in the time limit, probably some unused assets being packed, sorry ;/
